Episode 4 - Coming back to our nature through Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedic farming practices with Myra Lewin.

Welcome to our next episode where Laura Poole interviews Myra Lewin on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, to help us realign with nature’s intelligence.

Introduction to the episode.

In this next episode our founder Laura Poole speaks with Myra Lewin from Hale Pule on coming back to our nature through Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedic farming practices.

As you see in her eyes and will hear in her voice, Myra is a vibrant and radiating Ayurveda Practitioner, Ayurveda Yoga Therapist, healer and teacher, who over the last 30 years has spent more than 50,000 hours studying and teaching the art and science of Yoga and Ayurveda. Her teachers include Betty Eiler, Pattabhi Jois, David Frawley, Maya Tiwari and Vasant Lad to name just a few.

Myra is also a trained classical pianist, an auto mechanic and before her life in yoga and Ayurveda, was high up in the corporate world. After being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 30, a debilitating condition deemed “incurable” by doctors, rather than accepting the diagnosis as unchangeable, she resolved to reclaim her health. This is when she found Yoga and Ayurveda… transforming her corporate life into becoming a master yogini, organic farmer, and alchemist with a deep calling to support the growth of others.

In 1999 Myra founded Hale Pule Ayurveda & Yoga - a home-based holistic educational and healing centre where people gather to connect to their true selves and to the power of nature. Over 20 years, Myra and the Hale Pule team have guided thousands of people to live a more balanced and bountiful life through the practices of Ayurveda and Yoga.
