Introduction to the episode.

Hello lovely listeners!

We’ve got another 2 part podcast episode for you. This time we are in conversation with Dylan Smith, Ayurvedic practitioner and educator from Vital Veda.

These episodes were again recorded live in the Himalayas with our team of Vedic meditation teachers. Laura and Dylan are both incredibly passionate about this topic as it as all about the co-creation of life itself.

Dylan Smith is an Ayurveda practitioner based in Sydney, who travels to give lectures and consults, he’s a researcher and writer, and someone who has devoted their entire life to serving humanity through this ancient wisdom.
